The property consists of two side-by-side buildings — 1630 and 1632 Oxford Road — with 8 units in each, for 16 apartments total. Every unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, with rents ranging from $1,000 to $1,350 depending on size and updates.

Updated units feature newer flooring, fresh paint, updated fixtures, and more. Kitchen appliances are included with every apartment. And we're not stopping there — we have a plan in place to continue updating additional units over the next few years, so the property keeps getting better.



Each resident gets one assigned parking space, with guest parking available on the public road behind the buildings.
