Owner

James believes every property deserves the same care and respect as if it were his own. Born and raised in Henderson, he knows the local market like the back of his hand and has been investing in real estate since 2014, starting his professional career in 2017. After hearing countless complaints about poor service and limited options, James founded Boom Management in 2022 to give landlords a better choice—one defined by excellence, transparency, and real results. Today, he runs the #1 real estate office in Vance County and works directly with every landlord alongside his team. Known for his ability to “make things happen” in real estate that others simply can’t, James brings deep investment expertise and a relentless commitment to protecting and growing his clients’ portfolios. Outside of work, he leads the nonprofit NinjaCares, supporting local families through community drives, and enjoys classic country music—especially Johnny Cash. A devoted husband and father, James blends strong leadership with personal values, ensuring every property is managed with precision, respect, and heart.

Mary Griffith serves as James’s executive assistant and is a key part of keeping Boom Management running smoothly. She joined the team in 2024, bringing a strong background in banking and customer service that shines through in her work. Mary manages accounting and communication with both landlords and tenants, striking the perfect balance between being warm and approachable while never letting a detail slip through the cracks. She’s quick, firm when needed, and genuinely cares about people—traits that have earned her excellent relationships with tenants and trust from landlords. A working mom of three young children, Mary juggles her responsibilities with grace, supported by a team that values family time as much as she does. Landlords love working with her, and it shows—she’s the friendly, reliable voice that makes everyone feel confident and cared for.
