  • What is your management fee?

    Our management fee structure is:

    • 50% of the first month’s rent for each new lease (not renewals)
    • 10% of monthly rent for ongoing management

  • Where will my property be advertised?

    We market your property on top rental platforms including:

    • Zillow, Trulia, MLS, Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, Hotpads, and more
    • Our own website and additional targeted channels

    We also use the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to maximize exposure and attract quality tenants quickly.

  • What types of properties do you manage?

    We manage:

    • Single-family homes
    • Multifamily properties
    • Commercial spaces
    • HOAs (Homeowners Associations)

    Our team is experienced in managing a variety of property types, providing owners with full-service solutions.


  • How often will I receive distributions, and how are they made?

    Owner distributions are typically sent by the 21st of each month via automatic online payment.


    This ensures you receive funds quickly and securely.

  • How do you handle maintenance and repairs?

    All maintenance requests are submitted through our online portal.


    We respond in the order received, with emergencies prioritized first.


    💡 Boom Management has access to an in-house repair company, allowing us to complete many repairs faster and more cost-effectively than outside vendors. This is a major bonus for our landlords.

  • Do you screen the tenants you lease to?

    Yes. Tenant screening is a critical part of our process.


    We conduct background checks (paid by the applicant) that include:

    • Criminal history
    • Eviction history
    • Credit report
    •  We also verify employment and rental references to ensure reliable tenants.
  • Do you offer eviction services or legal assistance?

    Yes. Boom Management handles the entire eviction process if necessary, including filing and managing each step efficiently to protect your investment.

  • How often do you inspect properties?

    Our team conducts at least two inspections per lease term.


    This ensures that properties are being properly cared for and helps catch issues early before they become major problems.

  • Can I log in to an owner portal to view payments?

    Yes! Our online owner portal allows you to:

    • View owner statements
    • Track income and expenses
    • See maintenance updates
    • Communicate easily with our team

    Tenants also have a portal, making the entire process transparent for everyone.
