The property consists of two side-by-side buildings — 1630 and 1632 Oxford Road — with 8 units in each , for 16 apartments total. Every unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, with rents ranging from $1,000 to $1,350 depending on size and updates.

Updated units feature newer flooring, fresh paint, updated fixtures, and more. Kitchen appliances are included with every apartment. And we're not stopping there — we have a plan in place to continue updating additional units over the next few years, so the property keeps getting better.
